Book Review #2
TITLE: EVERY DAY
AUTHOR: David Levithan

Every day a different body. Every day a different life. Every day in love with the same girl. There was never any warning about where it would be or who it would be. A has come into peace with that, so much that A established rules and guidelines to live by; Do not interfere. Avoid being noticed. Never get too attached.
It’s all fine until the morning A wakes up in the body of Justin and meets his girlfriend, Rhiannon. At that moment, he broke the rules he had made for himself because A wanted to be with her. Day in, day out, day after day.
The book makes you reflect on the differences between gender identity and sexual orientation. It shows how unique everyone is. I think this book is very fascinating and catches the interest of many different types of people into one story.
I would recommend this book to teens to young adults to learn more about gender identity and to learn about some simple things we take for granted. To understand that while things seem simple on the outside, that doesn’t always mean the same for the inside.
